I was born and raised in Kingsville, Texas and am a 1985 high school graduate from HM King High School. 

I attended Southwest Texas State University for 2 years and I graduated from college at Texas A&M University in Kingsville, Texas in 1990. 

This is my 27th year as an elementary teacher.  I have taught 3 years in the CCISD in Corpus Christi, Texas, 12 years in the CalallenISD before coming to Odem-Edroy ISD. This is my 11th year at OEISD. I am the 2nd grade teacher servicing ESL and GT students through reading Language Arts.  I am paired with Mrs. Toni Gonzales who services Math, Science, & Social Studies.

Hello...I have been married for 28 years and am the proud parent of 3 children aging from 25 to 17. We have lived in Odem for the past 17 years. In my spare time, I enjoy working in the yard, fishing, and shopping at Target.
